Lesson 2, Part 2: Microsoft Windows 7 Challenges

Objective: Participate in Windows 7 Challenges

In Lesson 2, we will be giving the two challenges that need to be completed and recorded on your blog.

Challenge

Challenge 1:

Go to the Start menu button at the bottom left of your monitor.

Find the Snipping tool; click on it.

Now, snip anything on your screen.

Save it to “pictures library”.

Now, please add an entry on your experience with the Snipping Tool and upload the item you snipped into your blog post.

Please name this blog entry: Lesson 2 Part 2 Challenge 1

Challenge 2:

Pin the Millennium shortcut from the Desktop to the Taskbar.

There are multiple ways to proceed. Use the method that is most comfortable for you; either:

Right click on the Millennium icon on the Desktop and then click “Pin to Taskbar” in the pop up menu

or

Click and drag the Millennium icon from the Desktop to the Taskbar.

Provide a screen shot showing this accomplishment; you are welcome to use the snipping tool as explained above.

Your end result should look similar to this:
